Cancellation Policy
Only if your order has not yet been shipped can you cancel it. To cancel, please email our customer service team at info@skyatransdermic.com.
In such cases, the order will be canceled and a refund issued within 7 business days of the cancellation request being acknowledged.
Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
Refund Policy
Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit, have physical defects, or have been shipped in error. In order for us to accept the request, an email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product must be sent within the time frame specified.
If you wish to return all or part of your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the products at info@skyatransdermic.com.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal for the product has been broken, or the serial number has been tampered with. Skya will inspect the returned product and validate the claim once it is received.
When an eligible return is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is determined to be ineligible for return, it will be returned to you via courier.
If you made an online payment, we will refund the money to the original payment method (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving your request.
We will refund the amount for COD orders to your bank account within 14 working days of receiving your request.
